I have played a lot of Uwe stuff 2 player with my, now adult, son since the release of Agricola. Our favourite being 'At the Gates of Loyang'. I'm just waiting for this to be delivered and am really excited for a quick to learn but really brain melty experience.

Resource conversion is my least favorite mechanism in games. It’s why I sold Hallertau and it’s also why I sold this one after initially blindly backing it. Great review btw!
played it the other day for the first time. it's a clever design, but not enough interaction between players, and too dry one way street (only points matter). anyhow, many games like this are outthere which provide more fun and crunchier decisions, but I would recommend it as a solo challenge
I really enjoyed it, but I do agree there is not a lot of interaction! Especially in these puzzly two player games, that is not thr most important thing for me, hehe!
