I am a senior person .അധികഠ ആർക്കും ഈ പലഹാരഠ അറിയില്ല. ഞാൻ traditional method ആണ് ചെയ്യുന്നത്.അമ്മ പകർന്നു തന്ന അറിവ്. ദോശക്കല്ല് മുകളിൽ വച്ച് തൊണ്ട് ഇട്ട് തീകൂട്ടുഠ.കുറിച്ച് മതി.taste is super. Also I do not add raisn. This will change the white colour a bit.Thank you Mahima for sharing this to our young generation.

I ate orappam years back. My relative prepared this in a traditional way and the taste was nice. Thank you for presenting this recipe in a simple way to us 🙏

Pandu Christmas time il undakkunna oru special item. I still remember my grandmother baking it on an oven, on stove. The oven, looked like a mini cooking range but was not electric and had no burners on top.

I use brown sugar and bake it the traditional way with coal on top and bottom
