Oratnitza - Elai Mome 

Hi I am Bulgarian and I have absolutely no idea what the lyrics mean. I simply don't understand the meaning of the words and I highly doubt anyone knows their meanin. I'll ask my grandmas but I highly doubt they'd know. I have a pretty good understanding of bulgarian language but these words are either very very old and archaic or they're part of some obscure dialect I suspect from north Bulgaria. If you find out anything about this text please inform me.Ok so the first part of the text is: Elai dusho elai dusho da povecherame (transl: come young girl, come sweetheart to have dinner with us), Vecheraite, vecheraite mene ne chakai (transl:go have dinner, don't wait for me), Mene mi e mene mi e sarce naqdeno (transl: my heart has already been fed). Beyond this point (0:33 ) the lyrics are simply uncomprehansable to the modern bulgarian language speaker. Although they can barely be translated as they are not so obscure. The meaning I find behind them is as follows: snoshti mi e libe dovozdalo (transl: my lover came yesterday) Na razboi mi nishki izkinalo ( transl:He weaved my threads on the loom) Sokol mi litna Iano (transl: An eagle just flew Jane). ...Beyond this point (0:55) I don't have any idea. If you find out what the lyrics mean beyond this point pls tell me. All I know is these lyrics are popularized by a bulgarian singer named Poly Paskova. But her text slightly differs from the one in this track although it should be the same song (called: Sokol mi litna - transl: An eagle just flew).

@@ivodonchev4724 Learn your language before writing bs on the internet. I can translate for you first since you speak English better than Bulgarian. In the second song ( Sokol mi litna) part of the words are gibberish indeed, but only part. The rest is quite clear, if you have a basic notion of Bulgarian and the Sofia dialects
