Nothing else is moving. It is not the wind blowing. I really don't know what is being captured on camera most of the time and can't pretend to understand what is happening, but this is not dust or insects.
Check out the trees on the rhs (looking at screen), it glitches and is shimmery when things go in or out of there. Like it's some kind of forcefield or something
