Thought I would go through some older videos! I love your hair with this cut. It is very flattering. It is your glasses also. Those are flattering too!
You are so much fun, I love your sense of humor! I’m usually always laughing out loud when I’m watching your tutorials and if my kids or grankids are around they think I’m weird for doing so. You’re a hoot, I love your tutorials and I always learn something.
Dear Kellie! You make everything look so easy to make! I generally don’t like wire, but if you master the art, you can create a wonderful piece, like this beautiful bracelet! Congratulations!😍👍🏻😄❤️
Thank you so much Helga! I love how you can take simple wire and beautifully create some thing with it. It just takes a bit of patience and practice. Thank you for watching. ❤️❤️
Love this!! I wish i knew how to sharpen my cutters. I have bought sooo many. Even my flush cutters were cutting a point on the flush side. Scissors too. I think i could do it if i knew the strokes and angles used...👍
Hi Kellie, I just watched the orbital bracelet video, & of course, I loved it! I have a request, since I love the way you teach & explain, can you please teach me about the kinds of wire, & their perfect use. I hear... soft, dead soft, hard, half hard, non tarnish, copper core... I'm going nutty!!!! Thank you in advance. If you have already done so, can you point me there😊. Love everything you make & your wonderful sense of humor
I’ve watched several of your videos this week and have really enjoyed them. I love your sense of humor! I understand you might be using a step by step method for your teaching videos. When you’re not making a video, do you ever get all the beads wired and then hammer them and then link them?
Honestly I can’t remember how I used to do it! I think I made each link and then hammered them after but after making so many pieces I often forget how I did it. 🤷♀️😬😬🙃🙃
Thank you! Yes, a chasing hammer has a domed head so it won’t leave any marks on your metal. I believe a tack hammer has a flat head? You could try but I’m not sure if the results.
Oh yeah, I forgot to tell ya which one I was watching. The orbital gems bracelet one from years ago. I also wanted to ask when you mark where to cut the wire, do you cut inside or outside the mark? Thanks for all your help and talent!
Thanks Nancy! I actually cut right on the mark. Just try one link for practice and you might find where it’s easiest for you. I’m glad I can make you laugh. It’s my favourite thing to do. 🤣🤣🤣
Is there somewhere to see the size beads and wire gauge you used? I know this is an older video, but I am really loving this bracelet. I just placed an order today for some of your earring kits and some findings. I love your store and videos!
Thank you for the order! I can’t remember the size of the beads, maybe 10mm or so. I used 16 gauge bare copper wire. I appreciate you watching and commenting. ❤️❤️
@@KelliesBeadBoutique yay!!! Do you have sterling post earings with a loop/jump ring to add your own bead, charm/design on the post! Instead if the dangle wires?? Hope that makes sense??
I enjoy your videos a lot! You do an awesome job explaining the techniques and making the videos very relaxed and fun. (I know this is an older one, I'm catching up on ones I've missed) You mention, in this vid, that there's a difference between the larger spools of wire and the smaller spools (craft wire.) Is the difference just hardness or is the overall quality better? Thanks so much!
This may seem like a weird question, but is there any way to sharpen flush cutters? I have purchased several pairs, and they don't stay sharp. They can get to be an expensive tool to keep around.
I have been asked that before but I'm actually not sure. You could maybe take them to a knife sharpener place in the town you live in and see? We sell ones that are pretty decent and will last quite a while. I do have a really awesome pair that are the BEST in my opinion. I've had mine for 16 years now and they are as sharp as the day I bought them. Also, make sure to keep a old used up pair for cutting things like chain. www.kelliesbeadboutique.com/Soft-Flex-Long-Professional-Flush-Cutter-p/sf-300sfc.htm
