The orbital sander is perhaps the power tool I use most in my projects. Always at hand and ready to use I have had this "Ryobi industrial" model for many years and it still works well.
Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the rectangular pad, about the whole sander and the part that has suffered most over the years during use and has already been cleaned and repaired at other times. In this video I will show you how to repair the sanding pad, specifically how to disassemble it and replace the foam backing for the sandpaper.
