Orchard Beach’s Salsa Sundays shortened by 1 hour

This year, Salsa Sundays at Orchard Beach are being cut an hour short.
The coordinator of the event, Carlos Santiago, says the Parks Department told him the hours were shortened because of crowd control, although he said that has never been an issue.
The event has been around for more than 10 years and is something the community looks forward to each weekend.
