Orchha Fort | बुंदेला राजा का 500 साल पुराना किला | Orchha kila
Orchha Fort is located on an island in the Betwa River 16 km from Jhansi in Madhya Pradesh. Orchha Fort was built in the 16th century by King Rudra Pratap Singh of the Bundela dynasty. The main attraction of this fort is the Raja Mahal which displays intricate architecture. Along with the Raja Mahal this fort has many attractions like Sheesh Mahal Phool Bagh Rai Praveen Mahal and Jahangir Mahal to attract tourists which add to the attraction of this fort. While a part of the fort was converted into Ram Raja Temple this temple is the only place in the country where Lord Rama is worshipped as Raja Ram.
This fort is a perfect spot in Madhya Pradesh for tourists as well as history and architecture lovers to visit, which attracts thousands of tourists every year.
