Latest Base CD must be applied to the passage manager and subsequently to ECDIS. The Exchange sets are always from the base DVD week applied to the passage manager.
Can u clarify that the exchange set downloaded for enc update will be from which week? Do we have to update regarding latest wk of base dvd available onboard in one ocean so that exchange sets are not big in size?
