I love the everyday life as usual. My holiday passed slowly. It seems like a diary, but it is not. It seems like I am always in the same place, but I am slowly moving forward.
My morning starts with yoga. Then I drink some white water and say “good morning” to the birds. They sing a lot and sometimes call me.
That day, I made a salad with cottage cheese I had leftover. I also had pumpkin soup and crackers left over from yesterday.
I also had watermelon and peaches. Maybe I ate a little too much. Watermelon is a typical summer food in Japan. I love the colorful summer table.
Then I prepared some plants for my friends. I bought a pot at a 100 yen store, and I like it a lot.
After lunch, I wandered around town and took a walk in the park. I let the wind take me where it wanted to go. I let the wind take me where it wanted to go.
It started to drizzle, but I didn't take an umbrella. The summer rain was pleasant. The plants on the side of the road seemed to be happy.
Then, while sipping a latte at Starbucks, I read a book recommended by a friend. In the author's eyes, cloudy days are so beautiful. I couldn't relate, but I admired his sensitivity. It was another day, neither sunny nor rainy.
