Hi friend! This little vlog is filmed on a very ordinary day when nothing very special happens. I go for a walk, work from home, do some yoga and go to the sauna. Social media can make it seem like everyone is always doing something very exciting, but truthfully, life is not always filled with exciting adventures (well, at least mine isn't!). Peaceful life and ordinary days have their own beauty.

i really likes the clips of the frozen sea! I've never lived anywhere where large bodies of water freeze so that was really neat. i didn't even realize it was frozen at first! and then the last clip of the broken ice was so cool! thanks for sharing

Here in Glasgow, Scotland its the exact same thing with the seagulls! They're coming out and they get increasingly noisy until they take over the city like theyre having a party every single Summer day haha (not in all parts of the city but in some, areas closest to the river Clyde) Lovely, soothing vlog as always! 🙂

Your videos are so inspirational. I’ve switched to a plant based diet after watching some of the delicious looking recipes you’ve prepared. Been making a lot of overnight oats for breakfast. I’ve started walking in earnest again since the really cold weather has abated.

Doing Yoga by candlelight is such a beautiful thought. I agree with AnaLu - Your videos are almost meditatively beautiful. It is a culture shock to find that you guys have shared saunas in apartment buildings. If we want a sauna, we need to join an athletic club. For a refreshing cold, we jump in a cold shower afterward. I have wished for a Snow Bath or a cold dip in an icy body of water. I'll have to plan a vacation to Finland!

I've been taking my walks in the morning before breakfast since it's warmed up this week. I came in about half an hour ago and told my husband, "I like early morning walks." As someone who's never been a morning person this is quite a different experience. Bird chirping season is my favorite season so it's been really nice hearing them. Bonus, it's generally quiet and no people around.

Hello! What a beautiful day for your walk!! I like Lush products too! I am using Candy Rain Conditioner I just love the smell and it really works with my hair type. How wonderful you have a sauna in your building I don’t think it’s cheesy at all to think about things you’re grateful for when relaxing I like to do that when I’m walking breathing in the fresh air and feeling freedom! I loved the dancing ice! Peanut Butter is definitely one of my favorite foods I also eat the natural style!💛Have a wonderful week as always I appreciate your videos!

It depends on the season! I like warm and spicy scents in the autumn and Christmas time, and more fresh scents in the spring. 😊 And yes I’ve tried steam rooms a few times in spas!

Thank you! I think the peace lily is about four years old. I keep it in a self-watering container because it’s a very thirsty plant! Other than that I think it just likes that spot, it gets bright indirect light. I fertilize it every now and again in the spring and summer, just like my other house plants.😊

We usually get our first snow in December or January and it tends to melt away in April. Helsinki doesn’t get all that much snow usually, this was a very snowy winter. 😊

You can book a regular shift that's at the same time every week. My building also has a facebook group where people sometimes offer their shifts if they can't make it. 😊

Does Finland do Daylight Saving Time? In the US we move our clocks 1 hour ahead from March until the end of October.

Yes we do, but in Finland (and the rest of Europe) the clocks are moved on the last Sunday of March, so next weekend. :)

Warm boots with a thick rubber sole. The sole needs to have a lot of texture for grip. Something like the Timberland boots are great. 😊
