Oregon halibut rig “how to” 

Quick how to for our halibut rigs in Oregon waters. This one is a single hook set up. We are allowed 2 hooks per line in Oregon at this time. The other hook is up my main line about 3ft. I will try to do another tutorial on how I build that as well.
