1987! Was I ever so young? I lived in Hood River that summer. I was 22 years old. I camped at The Wind Ranch in Bingen. I learned to water start at the marina. I remember going to Pietro's Pizza and watching windsurfing videos on their projection screen. I aspired to be like these sailors. Good times.

That was the year I lived in the Gorge, sooooo many good memories, thanks for sharing this!

Such great memories. I loved sailing the gorge in the late 80's and early 90's.
