Alternative for whipping cream is Fresh cream just beat the fresh cream and add powdered sugar to it I did it it works.

If you don't have whipped cream then you can do this- The last layer will be the same of Oreo powder then the next layer will be of vanilla ice-cream then next layer of melted choclate then the top most layer will be of vanilla icecream

Instead of whipping cream u can also use Oreo biski cream by mixing it with milk untill it turns creamy texture it tastes good..; )
