INGREDIENTS:
18 Oreo cookies
8 oz cream for busicuits
1/2 cup condensed milk
1/2 cup whipped cream or whipped topping
Mini Oreo cookies for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
Place Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until finely crushed. Alternatively, you can crush them in a zip-top bag using a rolling pin.
In a mixing bowl, beat the cream until smooth and creamy.
Add the condensed milk and biscuits cream and continue to beat until well combined.
Gently fold in the whipped cream until smooth.
Place a whole Oreo cookie at the bottom of each serving cup.
Spoon or pipe the cream mixture over the Oreo cookies in the cups, filling them almost to the top.
Refrigerate the cups for at least 1-2 hours to set.
Before serving, garnish each cup with a mini Oreo cookie on top, if desired.
