@@KatBakingExplorer certainly will. Could i ask, i don't do brownie or this kind of baking often as i love baking and trying different bread products yet have tried quite a few of your cake recipes successfully (thanks for recipes) if i wanted to do a twix brownie using mini twix, as well as adding the mini twix to the batter can i also lay them on top of the batter before baking or is it better to put them on top immediately after removing from oven? I am not sure of how the chocolate will react if placed on top before baking as only ever baked brownies with extras mixed in the batter

I would personally put them on top after they come out of the oven :)
