Don't read too much into it. The intro to this program was cut together from pre WW2 footage to get impressions of the Prater amusement park in the old days. Anyway, you can see the Liliput railroad that opened in 1928, pictured here obviously between 1938-1945 when Austria was part of Nazi-Germany. Also pictured is the Ferris wheel with its original 30 gondolas that was damaged during WW2 and had only 15 gondolas replaced when it was rebuilt after the war.
Years and years as a child I've never recognized the Nazi-Flag in the Jingle at 8:00 - I guess I was too unpolitical then, still I bet ORF Superintendants weren't... How revealing
