This Homemade Almond milk is a good vegan, diary-free and healthy substitute to cow milk. You can use this milk for cereals, porridge, smoothies and oatmeal recipes. This very delicious, easy version, healthier with no Preservatives.

Ingredients 👇
👉1cup(140g) Raw Almond Nuts
👉4 cups (1litre) water
(1:4, is the ratio, multiply the quantity if you want larger amount)
Preparation👇
1. Soak Amond nuts in cold water for 24hr or 48hr. Drain and rinse the almonds.
2. Place the almonds in your juicer, blender or food processor, add water and any sweetner of your choice. Blend till it becomes smooth and creamy.
3. If you are using a juicer like mine, it will separate the pulp from the milk, alternatively you can use a nut strain bag or cheesecloth if you are using a blender, Squeeze well to extract the extra liquid.
4. Pour the milk in an airtight container. store in the fridge up to 3 days.
Notes:
* If you want to make a sweet version, you can add honey, dates, maple syrup or any sweetner of your choice.
* You can also add a pinch of salt as a preservative.
