Hey Designers!! Welcome back! Today on the Vlog we are turning a "basic" balloon garland into a "designer" balloon garland using balloons in beautiful purple tones with hints of silver and white. I am not 100% sure if I will have the time to go live for my birthday party I was planning with y'all because we have a lot going on that I will share in a vlog on next week.
