Definitely sew the rust dress. Have to say you inspire me so much, I’ve got many dresses because I’ve seen you in them. Keep doing try ons I love them!!!
Hi Rosie I have recently done another clear out of blouses this time..anything I didn't want I gave them to a friend who is on a tight budget and it's lovely to see her wearing them, so I know each time I do a clear out, they are gone to a good home... Ok, would keep the black dress with the sequins on it but would use as a blouse with black skinny jeans rather than tights, like the orange dress if it was fixed in the front, definitely keep the black wrapover dress with side buttons , keep the black cowhide design dress and 100% keep the polka dot one with the orange flowers 💐 Love how open you are about putting on weight and not afraid of admitting it...lovely to see your kids as part of your utube video ...just shows what a lovely normal mum you are...lucky kids to have such a lovely, honest and down to earth mum x
Did a clear out last week: wardrobes/under bed/various hidey-holes 😕. Seven bin bags for the charity shops, one for the bin 🙄. I feel sooooo much better.....and I STILL don't think I was ruthless enough! I'm now making up whole new outfits from clothes I'd forgotten the potential of as they'd been buried away 🥰xx
You always make me smile Rosie, this video really reminds me of my younger days 😂 going through my wardrobe like you. Its like you're talking to your mates and I think that's how most of us feel on here x thanks so much for bringing some sunshine to my day x
Loved this it's refreshing to do a video of things you already have , the polka dot dress you could sew ,the black wrap with buttons and the green leaf one are definitely keepers xx
Oh my, I do need to clean my closet and make room. Where did all my clothes come from? Years of adding on and seldom clearing out! Thanks Rosie for the encouragement.
I'd definitely keep that absolutely Gorgeous Beaded Mini dress as a top. I could never get rid of it ❤ Also I loved the Forest green and the Rust dresses
I've always said, you'd look fantastic in a bin liner, but, I agree with your sister, that quilt dress, maybe it needs a pillow to go with it ha ha, 9nly joking. So good having you back xx
As soon as you started to put the valentine's day one, I thought 'thats going to get stuck', isn't it just the worst feeling ever 🤣 panic! Your kids are absolutely gorgeous 😍
I’m so sorry you suffer with depression and anxiety. I know firsthand how bad that can be. I feel honoured to be a tiny little escape even if for a short while. Sending big hugs babe xxxx
I love the black milk maid top dress it’s beautiful it doesn’t need much more than o nice pair of shoes and a bit of pretty jewellery nice and simple but looks great xx
You made me laugh out loud when the dresses got stuck on your head! Your daughter and son adorable! Don't keep anything that doesn't feel comfortable! It feels good to clear out items in your home! 🙂♥️
Hi Rosie. Loved the video. Can't beat a clear out. I have a capsule wardrobe with mainly neutral colours. I really enjoy getting dressed. I also like the rust dress (sewing it up at the front sounds good) and the green dress. I also think wrap dresses are definitely good on your figure. 😘
I’m the opposite I have no clothes apart from a few tops and jeans and work uniform 😂 I’m going away on holiday in March and trying to find holiday wear in the uk is very hard
Well done Rosie, I’ve just done the same thing but I’ve up loaded items on Vinted and sold lots of things. So with the funds I’m going to purchase one nice staple piece instead. X
A great video as always and very funny. It was amusing when you were stuck in the dress and Millie told you you hadn't undone the zip!! She was of great help and lovely to see her and Albert make an appearance. Good luck with deciding what goes and what stays, always a hard job to part with clothes you like. Thank you for sharing. xx
I've been a minimalist for a few years now, but one thing I don't fully minimise is my wardrobe... maybe I should do a video on this! I love a good closet clearout
I absolutely love your dress style. I'm in complete awe of you. I'm the same size as you and would love to have your wardrobe. I'm currently on the hunt for "Rosie Dresses" I love your videos, you're like a breath of fresh air! Xx
Really enjoyed this video. It's nice when we can laugh at ourselves in clothes we've bought, that either dint fit as as they should anymore or just look awful now, I know I do. But you sharing your clothes clear out made me smile as we all smiling with you. Clear the clothes out & be honest are u really going to wear them again, just make room for sone more new ones ! It's hard though there's always 'well I might want to wear that again etc' so you end up putting it back!! I know I do that!!
Awe Rosie , I loved that ❤😂 you give us all a right giggle panicking with your dress stuck on your head 🤣 ,love you and Millie’s bond you are gonna be best pals when she’s an adult I can just tell🫶. defo sew that rust dress it’s gorgeous on you, my wardrobe is shocking I’ve now got an outdoor wardrobe too 😬 😳 I donate to charity shops all the time but I keep buying more dresses too lol 😂. X
The olive green is nice, the rust one does look nice with a vest under it, the red one with the flowers looks nice too. Can't remember any others lol x
I find it so hard to get rid of clothes even the ones that dont fit any more so I know how difficult it is to choose wot to keep and what to donate. The children are just gorgeous, Millie is such a help to you, what a lovely girl she is and the baby....... well he is so adorable x
I'd keep about 90%!!! And no, the fab black dress is not "too booby". The green leaf dress is still pretty. Keep. And goodbye "naked" dress. And "hello" rust vest top /stitches.
You used to be able to buy lacy front camisoles to wear under a low cut dress I haven't seen them in the shops recently though . I had one in black and also white one.
Hi Rosie I did a good old clear out the other day and it makes you feel good ,but it takes ages to do but I did it about two black bags to the charity shop hope you are all well take care xx
Oh this was so lovely to watch! I have been putting off having a big clear out but you have motivated me to just get in with it as I know I will feel so much better for it. I have a wardrobe that I haven't even looked in for at least six months and have new clothes with no home so definitely need to get it sorted! Thank you for the motivation. ❤️ Ps was so gorgeous seeing Millie and Albert, such absolute bundles of joy. Xx
Rosie you always look lovely whatever you wear. The rust dress looks great, sew it or if you plan on wearing it with white trainers put a vest top on. It’ll look lovely either way xx
I read a tip somewhere…. All hangers facing one way. When you wear an item put it back so the hanger is facing the other way. If anything is not facing this way after a year then donate it. You look gorgeous in your clothes. I would definitely sew that low cut one. It really suits you. ☺️. Ps. There are certain items I won’t throw out either even though I haven’t worn them for ages. Sentimental from my kids weddings etc. 😉
Hi Rosie, the rusty coloured dress that you feel is too low on the chest area could easily be stitched as you suggested. I also think a cream coloured vest top would be absolutely fine and not aging. The dress is very pretty and really suits you. 😊
Both of the green dresses looked nice I was with Millie on that one and the one with the orange flowers looked lovely on you it suited your colouring xxx
Rosie please keep and sew the rust dress 😍 I actually want one!! Loved the last primark burgundy dress with flowers on your shape looks beautiful and the last black dress! Rest I’d get rid of although I’m with Millie I actually liked the green Peter Pan dress on you but it’s how you feel - can you come do my wardrobe next please 🙏
Loved this Rosie. I think you should keep the wrapover dresses. Sew the ones you said and the embroidered black dress you could wear as a top with shiny black leggings, Primark do a good faux leather look legging. Milly has got so grown up and is adorable xx
The orange jacket would look great with a white t shirt and rolled up boyfriend type jeans and ya converse in the spring ….you rock everything you wear ❤
Hi Rosie. Really had a laugh. If in doubt get rid someone else will love it. It’s difficult but at times to get rid of clothes-you have to be ruthless.
The quilted black dress with the puff sleeves is amazing! Want to sell it? 🙂 after reading the comments, I can't believe how many people don't like the duvet/quilted dress! I'm 51 and I think it's brilliant. My mates all think I'm weird anyway 😄 sell it to me!
Your kids are so cute lol I hope one day I have a girl ❤️ i have two boys love to have a girl to be girly with me. honestly I love all the dresses haha love your style!
Love your videos, keep the rust (sew up the front) & keep the black wrap primark one at the end with the 2 buttons, donate the rest. Someone else will love wearing them.
Hi Rosie, you do make me smile trying to get out of the dresess☺️ but I did like the denim 1, the rust coloured 1but like you said would be ok if sewed the front up. I did a declutter, but I've lost weight, so everything was big !! as I've got long Covid, but getting better slowly. It was lovely to see you with the children, Take care Xx
Stitch the rust one no vest like black white , and the primark green looks more expensive than primly last black one keeper , love seeing kids growing so fast .
Hi Rosie you make me jealous how tidy your wardrobe is and drawers are 😢 I enjoyed your try on, Rosie I like that dress you called forest green it was very nice and also the nice lack dress near the last there . Loved your wee daughter and baby so so sweet .
Hi rosie, lovely dresses,so nice you donate your clothes,I had a sort out last week took four black sacks to the charity shop, feels good when you sort out and get rid of stuff, have a great day X
The rust one is lovely. Sew it up or get it to a seamstress who might be able to do something nice with the front. It just suits you perfectly. Thanks for the entertainment.😁
Thankyou lovely 🥰 I’m gonna get my sewing machine out to sort the rust one I think and my Nan suggested making the sleeves on the green Peter Pan one shorter too so will try this also xxx
I'd ditch the faded black short one and the black shiny material one. Sew up the rust one as you thought. And now I've forgotten the others so I'll look again! Ditch Peter Pan too 😂 xx
If in doubt chuck it out…..works for me, do not know whether you feel the same? Definitely chuck the duvet dress out…..😀 Oh honey , you had me in hysterics when you got stuck in the dress and had to be ‘rescued’…….it’s happened to me too,🤪🤪🤪
Hey lovely, I recently did this, I got rid of one thing and I still have a massive batch of clothes hanging outside my wardrobe that doesn't fit in, I get so sentimental regarding clothes. Maybe I should have filed mine and shamed myself into doing better. OMG how lovely is the beaded Christmas dress - gorgeous x xx
Have to agree with Millie black dress buttons to side keeper, green floaty dress keeper and black white one you use bobble on looked lovely with black camisole under keeper. Had to laugh when you got stuck in dress was the same the other week. Seriously my going out clothes have missed me going out so much they hug me so tight now. X
Wow your kids are so cute I find it really hard to get rid of clothes but I have sold a few things on Vinted and donated to charity but still have lots to get rid of 😤
I think anything you have doubts about or are unsure of get rid of immediately!! If you keep stuff like that you’ll always be taking it out of the wardrobe and putting it back in and never actually wearing it. I’m a firm believer in the konmari method, hold each item, does it spark joy,if not don’t keep it!!! xxx
I’d keep the floral wrap, the rust and the last black one . Millie just like my daughter she helps me out of clothes too. Alberts grown so quickly, he’s too cute x Ps I caught a glimpse of your rug, you were waiting for it when I watched the bedroom tour, have you done a video I’ve missed or do you have the details please x
Definite no to the quilted one- looks like a dressing gown. My favourite thing is the short dress that you said you wore for a lockdown Christmas. To me it looks too short as a dress but would be lovely with leggings as a tunic length top.
Any doubt, throw it out! If it isn’t beautiful or useful get rid. Put it all straight in the car and go donate. And as you clear anything out just think,”I’ve got room for new stuff now” There’s a reason you skip past stuff, usually because it doesn’t make your heart sing. And you will make anyone going through the charity shop rails very happy. Win, win 😉
The green fern one is a keeper and I like the rust one, instead of a vest top under you could maybe get a nice camisole top for underneath? I think all the others could be donated though. Oh and I’d kill for your figure! I’m trying to lose weight just now and you are my goal ❤
Thankyou hunni 🥰 really appreciate the help I’m definitely going to keep the green fern one there’s a common keep thread with it so definitely will pop in wardrobe xx
Hi, you should definitely keep the rust dress & primark green fern dress you look lovely in them. Get rid of the black duvet type dress & the green Peter Pan dress. x
