Functional structure me bhi to hm easily accountability le skte h ( jb sales department apna sales shi se nhi krenge to uske liye answerable bhi vhi honge ya production department resources ka optimally utilisation n kre aur wastage jada ho to uske liye answerable vhi honge finance department to nhi hi hoga ) to hm ye kaise keh skte h ki functional structure me accountability lena difficult h. And I know Divisional Structure me ( agr Footwear ka sales n ho shi se ya Garments ka sales n ho shi se to hm unhi se accountability lenge) isme bhi accountability lena easy h lekin phr hm tb kaise keh skte h ki bs Divisional Structure me hi accountability lena easy h ???
