Wow Stef!! So, so useful!! Thank you for sharing this insightful information. I wish I would have had this info from day one. CRMs do have a planner and agenda integrated, but they are not often intuitive, they take a great deal of time to master, and I do not find them visually helpful to keep organized. I admit I am not a fan of Google Drive, but I can understand why many colleagues enjoy working with this tool. Did not know you could customize your email with them...
