This is a very nice trick for neurodivergent people because if the thing looks pretty and shiny, we will want to use it. That also applies to fresh produce and other things like that.
By far my favorite of these types of videos, and I watch a lot of them. So many fresh fruits and vegetables. Everyone else just puts junk in their fridge. On top of that, those people just put stuff that’s in containers… into other containers! Well done here.
In the US store bought eggs have the protective layer removed and are shipped refrigerated, hence the need to continue at home. Farm eggs can be left out though.
Nice results just a word of caution, strawberries should not be washed and stored they are a porous fruit that will get moldy quickly. Wash them just before you eat them and do not cover them. I'd cover the lettuce though after you wash it. Nice job.

@@ri2_shank it's fine if you wash your veggies with only water. But if you want to wash with baking soda, you need to use the one that's made to be used in food and its also fine.
@@ri2_shank Chemicly speaking it's sodiumbicarbonate, and in Europe that's how we call it! In pharmacuitical industry it even ends up in some anti-acid meds. It ends up in bath bombs and foods like raising agent, So, tecnicly it's not harmful. As for washing vegetables: it helps dissolve pesticides present on the surface of your fruit and veggies. The only thing is, you should leave your fruit and veggies soaking for 15 minutes before wrinsing and berries are rather delicate to soak since their barrier is thinner. I also love to use it in combination with white vinegar for stain removal inside my thermos: you just let it sit over the night and wrinse it in the morning and they're as shiny inside as when you just bought them!
@@BlackberryTitties well obviously we know that but we’re just saying how we would organize our stuff. It just seems a little unnecessary so do it like this. Obviously it’s her kitchen and she’s allowed to do what she wants with it but that’s not how some would do it.
