Hello! I organized under my kitchen sink in today's video. My goals were to have an accessible and functional design. After having a few leaks under the sink, I also wanted to store my cleaning products safely. In the evening, I make an easy dak galbi recipe. I hope you enjoy! Wishing you a wonderful week and hope to see you in my next video as well ❤
Dak galbi
Ingredients:
Chicken breast (or chicken thigh), 1/5 Korean cabbage, 1 carrot, 1/2 Onion, 1 Giant green onion, 1 cup Rice cake for Toppoki, 2 cup mozzarella cheese
Chicken Marinade:
2 Tbsp cooking wine, 1 1/2 Tbsp Soy sauce, 1 Tbsp Sugar, 1-2 Tbsp Minced garlic, 3 Tbsp Gochujang (Korean red chili paste), 2 Tbsp Gochugaru (Korean red chili powder), 1 Tbsp Curry powder, 1 Tbsp Sesame oil, 100 ml pear juice with 12% puree
The recipe I used for reference was from W TABLE. It is delicious and you should give it a try!
I made a few alterations to suit my taste and to work with the ingredients I had on hand. The original recipe included perilla leaf and sweet potato. I substituted carrots because I didn't have sweet potato. Since I don’t like food as sweet, I omitted the 2 tbsp of extra sugar (Oligosaccharide) and used pear juice instead. Also, I only had Japanese curry at the time. Usually I don’t like to modify a recipe too much, but I wanted to cook with the remaining ingredients in the fridge without planning.
Sesame dressing
4 Tbsp Sesame, crushed, 3 Tbsp Mayonnaise, 1 Tbsp sugar, 1 1/2 Tbsp Vinegar, 1 Tbsp Soy sauce
*Note: I used Kewpie mayo and Kikoman Milder Traditionally Brewed soy sauce which is reduced sodium.
The sesame dressing recipe is from JIIF. The following link will take you to his channel. ‪@JI_IF‬ posted this recipe in a video, and I have been making it quite often since.

I really like how you use your label maker! It is difficult when writing ingredients on labels when they are on the side of a jar or container.
