I tried Puerto Rico recently and it is not the bla euro game it looks like. It is really against your opponents. I played 1v1 and I enjoyed it so much. Don't wait to play it. Do it tonight 😅❤ I would compare it perhaps with Targi where you are always just short of the one action/tile you want.

You have a lot of great games to play, Azul Queen's Garden is my favorite of the Azul games, Merv, Sky Team and Le Havre are great games as well! I need to play more of the Imperium games and Praga Caput Regni, I've only had one or two plays of those. Dice Realms is one that looks like fun that I haven't played and Evacuation is on my own shelf of opportunity right now.
For years played seasons on BGA songor years the game sat on shelf of shame after five years we finally played it and live ia so much better and the dice or amazing 🤩
I've had Tang Garden sitting on my shelf FOREVER. There was a time after their Kickstarter when the game wasn't available and I thought I had to have it, so I purchased it from someone in another state. I need to play it (or sell it)! I think out of all the games you showed I'd be most interested in Sky Team and Praga Caput Regni. Good luck! (P.S. I'll play Tang Garden if you play Tang Garden 😆)

Best thing I can suggest is to stop buying new games until your u played games are down to about 5. You said you were 'stoked' to play some games but you haven't which says a lot. But I think you're just in the acquisition phase of your journey. I'm at the other end where I'm selling 300 games before year end. 😊
Ah, I'm so sorry to hear that. Context is key. I'm over 40 years in the hobby and have accrued loads. I do big sales at conventions but the space doesn't last long. This year I have bought 1 game and waiting for the Arcs KS to be delivered. I can't think of anything else that I want.
I prefer Roll for the Galaxy to Race, but you should definitely try it to see how it compares. I would enjoy hearing your thoughts on Empires of the Void 2. It is a bit of a hefty setup, but an interesting and variable game. There is a digital version of it on Steam also. Seasons is another one I'd recommend trying to see if you like it. It was also on my list forever, then I got to play it. Interesting and cute, but I think it might be a little dated at this point? No reason not to get the experience though. (Just so many games!)
I keep saying I'm going to stop buying games until I play my unplayed games. But going to Gen Con in a few weeks and I have already ordered 11 games from the BGG Gen Con flea market...
