Because of your videos of a while back, I made a folder similar to yours to stay organized. I also, thanks to you, prepared cash envelopes for various expenditures. These organizational tips kept me feeling so much less stressed on our first cruise a couple months ago. Thank you Sharon! I'm a bit of an over-planner as far as my Steve tells me, but it keeps me on top of things and I can relax knowing that everything has been dealt with. Thanks again!
I do something similar, but I use a disc planner. One thing I add is a list of embassies/consulates in the countries we’re visiting from the state department website. Never needed it, thank goodness but we have it. Also try to note the contact information for the port agent in the port in case of problems. They usually print that on the daily newsletter. Just snap a quick pic with phone.

Perfect timing for this video. I’m starting to look for a folder to organize everything for my adventure. Will now look for multi pocket folder. I have to have paper copies on everything as well. Thank you for the great ideas
