I've been really enjoying these short recitals and demonstrations by some outstanding musicians (cantors?) on their respective -Schuke Orgels - instruments. The different styles of contemporary church architecture, which abounds in Germany is also of great interest. Christine's choice of" Wir glauben all an einem Gott" is perfect for this distinctive instrument. Christine plays well and with a clear sense of pace and phrasing. I believe this fugue is also nicknamed 'The Giant Fugue' because of the heavy, footstep like motiv in the pedal - reminiscent (perhaps) of a giants ploding tread!! Very lovely performer too.
