Amazing detail!!! Love spaces, absolutely stunning ceiling!!! Love the music you guys play in between. The only thing that I wish the camera captures the floors in each room, especially bathroom, kitchen. The kitchen only show one side not the other side of the wall which I wish to see. Again what a beautiful property!!! Thanks you!

Stunning. When you mentioned "bold color" choices, I was thinking bright blues, reds etc. In this case I am loving their "bold" color choices. It's a steal at 450 euros

Outstanding property. So Puglia yet so spacious. Extremely rare, when it's not a Palazzo. Color choices and furniture compliment this gem of a place very well. My one disappointment was the kitchen. Somehow that great interior touch of the owners went missing here I felt. The price appears justified, compared to other properties I've seen. Someone will be a very happy new owner of this unique abode. I'm very jealous.

The stone arches, tile floors, and whitewashed walls are superb. The furniture was worth the whole visit: for example, the oval dining table. It's a privilege to see it.

Why would anyone want to live in a labyrinth with such strange window heights? It is nicely festored but very complicated and full of stairs. No thanks. No amount of vaulted ceilings can compensate for such a layout.

If you are not going to link to an actual real estate office, so viewers can see if the property is still available, then you should update the video to note if a property has been sold. Also, note some kind of reference number so people don't waste the realtor time with vague questions: Interested Buyer: Hi, I saw this video for a property in Oria. Is it still available? Realtor replies: Which property in Oria? Buyer replies: I don't know. There is no reference number to identity the property.

It is stunningly gorgeous. ❤ However, I think two baths are not adequate, and they are rather remote from the bedrooms. The one fireplace in the whole place and your caneraman did not actually show it. I'd say the price is not too far out of line for what it is but a bit high for how far south it is. Ciao 😊😊

Loved what I saw. Beautiful high rooms, great taste and restrained design choices. BUT… is it a property ie: the whole building from the foundation up? Or is it just an apartment complex with roof access? I just didn’t understand from the way you filmed it. Opposite the front door is a balcony; where is the street/access view? I’m asking because there is an overwhelming amount of historic property in Italy that is almost Tetris in style where ownership crisscrosses the ground plan which leads to many disputes with neighbours that slot in either above or below or even in between.

Very interesting property. Not always convinced by Puglia, and the Trulli tradition. But this is different and unique. I’m not sure I could live happily with such high windows, without an outside view on the world. Might seem a bit like a gilded prison cell. But I could be wrong. Price seems reasonable. Are there any communal or condominial charges? Is it sold as one or two properties on the catasta?
