But seriously kudos to that Draven in Game 2 for not losing his mind. Draven players are normally among the most unstable players in all of League (and that's saying something) but he handled his getting perma ganked pretty well, did objectives and all. Wp to him for making himself carryable.
5:38 Pekin actually healed himself to 93 hp before receiving the 92 dmg Jarvan hit. So if my math is correct, he should have survived with 1 hp there :/
For sure just a rounding error somewhere. Or could be intentionally rounded wrong to run smoother is my assumption since idk why else they'd do that if it is intentional. He still should have died most likely. I'm assuming when it displays damage dealt it always rounds down while HP rounds correctly or vice versa where HP always rounds up. I've seen several instances of that happening and if you do the math it actually checks out.
I imagine it's what others are saying with a rounding issue-- Pretty sure decimal HP values/damage values are possible, so what may have happened is that rather than 1.X hp, Pekin would have been left with 0.(X) hp. I imagine that the displayed number is rounded down, which would look weird if someone lived on decimal HP (Since it would display as 0 for a brief moment) So instead we get this weirdness. Rounding up the displayed value would have issues too, like things seeming to do more damage than they're displayed as doing. Maybe Pekin should have had something to the effect of 0.56 HP, who knows.
Hey pekin i'm curious as to why you chose to not do the 3 points W build, I tought that was a big reason as to why she was considered so opressive in lane I see nearly every pro ori running that tech
@@PekinWoof you trade some cd on q but get 60 more base dmg by the time you have those 3 points into W compared to skilling q so the trades you tought did a lot sting even more
@@bravepotatoe7513 I didn't know about that skill path either. I bet in spots like the one around 30:18 Ori probably does like more than a quarter of the Rivens health with 3 points in W
I've actually been running w max skill path because your level 5 w damage is ridiculous. I've been doing this in Master tier, but I've seen pros and challengers doing this too. Your damage in lane is just so oppressive. You suffer with high cd on q because of this, but it's easy to play around imo. (Also the higher ranks you go people are better at dodging your Qs, but your W is much easier to hit.)
She was weak for so long so it's been great to pick her up again. Definitely think she's overtuned now after receiving buffs patch after patch, but I'll enjoy it while it lasts!
She's such a well designed champ that I don't care if she's strong. She just so happens to synergize with picks like Vi, Jarvan, Alistar, or Malphite, of which are the problem champs who have binary and uninteractive gameplay. She just capitalizes on it, and makes them difficult to play around.
prolly a little dumb to be intense in a comment but none of my friends enjoy league so its nice to feel a sort of distant connection with someone so calm, my wife and i enjoy your content a lot and you curse so little and are so calm even my son watches with me from time to time. (videos not stream.) thank you for the consistent enjoyment.
If there's one thing I love about software, it's when rounding isn't applied consistently by the programmers and is, instead, left to floating point to just do whatever it wants to.
There is something different about your audio mix, or capture or something on your voice. It is different than lots of similar channels. Its good. I'm not an audiophile by any means. but I can appreciate extra clarity and.. idk, realness? Anyway, thanks for doing what you do. Meaning, play toxic video games so I can live vicariously through you.
For the record i'm 10m in the vid, but i would like to ask. Do you prefer Q or W max on orianna? i haven't seen the nerfs yet and W max has been used quite a lot since the patch that buffed it
As an Anivia main from season 3, the question was to max Q or E. Ultimately people normally maxed E first because it had a lower cooldown. Few maxed Q first because it was higher damage since it hit twice. Eventually people started alternating and in favor of E, such as EQEQEQ. Then there was the alternator in favor of Q, the QEQEQE. And after trying out all those options, I realized that it's all about what helps you cs better, what has lower cooldown, and what is more reliable to hit. So for orianna I think Q Max or alternator in favor of Q is best.
Im so looking forawrd to ori nerfs. Now they just got to tune down her ult ratio a bit and we will be golde. Cause dear god that is a nuke for now reason
5:39 You were 93 HP, no fucking way bro. That's a RITO PLZ moment imo. On a stage that would've been a remake. I got so triggered and I'm not even playing your game LMAO.
On that first Jayce kill, did Orianna ult drag him under tower because he knocked her (and consequently the ball) back while the ult was going off? Buffering is so dumb lmao XD
When I 1 Shot Jhin on the 2nd game at 51:33 I had only 3 items, one being defensive (Zhyonas), with a total AP of 297. Imo at this moment I am barely fed stat wise to be able to do what I did to Jhin. If I had Dcap AP (Instead of Zhyonas) i would say I'm fed (damage wise). But since I didn't I felt I was barely fed.
Funny part about split push tactics, since lb saw the team was going even/winning the 4v5, she new her presence wasnt actually required. So its not that she was trolling, she was abusing the strength of her team to further punish the enemy for their poor decision making
Viktor is farm forever no chance u can outplay. At best let them get the first jump then stand in W and pray they get stunned Azir is better but same concept. Just farm. U can't win lane unless ur better player at trading. When they commit wait till they go in with ults then use yours. If u use ur stuff first they can outplay Azir and Viktor are team fighters so remember going even is fine. Zed and akali are better in lane so you can be more useful out of laning
