Drawing from a local Filipino dish escabeche - sweet and sour fish - this 11-member group is known for their signature “skanking” dance moves, distinct vocals, and ska, punk, blues, jazz, classical, and reggae influences. The group has released various albums and hit singles during their 20-year stint, including a couple of songs that served as jingles for major local radio stations and which have been released worldwide.
