origami - modular - scaled octahedron - tutorial - dutchpapergirl 

I've got to say, this Octohedron is probably the only one I've seen so far that actually tickles my fancy, so to speak... I love this style of the figure quite more than those... truncated, scaled octohedrons I've seen, doesn't quite feel the same... Kudos~

Hm... My paper is only 10cm. I'm going to try 3, 6, and 9 cm squares with connectors of 9x2.25. The connectors are a ratio of 4x1 in case other people wanted to know how to do different sizes, and the length must be the length of the biggest square.
