Very good, but one criticism: it's often hard to tell from the diagrams which side is which. I suggest making the grey competely opaque, and instead of using transparent for white use opaque white. This is especially the case halfway through the large tail, where the diagrams don't entirely add up and you folding doesn't really help clear it up. Also, sometimes your diagrams and your folding sequence do not add up.
These are not my diagrams, we ask permission to the author to use them. It can occur that I perform a step a bit differently. In the beginning there is clearly indicated white or colored side up so if you follow the instructions clearly and you turn the paper when I turn it, there shouldn't be a problem I think. Because these diagrams are not mine, I can't change the colors..
It's called 'Compaktuna', actually made for use in construction but it's really strong and ideal for fixing these origami parts. However, I'm afraid, as it is a Belgian producer, it is not available in other countries...
Thanks for the question & answer as well ! This origami takes me so much concentration and precision. I'm trying to make the same details than the original but I can't do it as good as it is. (first time I'm doing an origami that difficult, with that much details). I don't understand how people do it in one day or two, I personnally can't make it in one time. Thanks for the tutorial !
@@hauptmannpaul3130 i think u should try bit intermediate level at first and advance ur way up also there are many channels . Here it is explained very well but also there are channels like Jo nakashima he shows each step w diagrams try his channel for a more intermediate approach
@@harshmoharir7726 You're probably right, but in the end I'm still able to do it. I mean, I've done the darkness dragon from tadashi mori. This was the first one that hard, but the details of the pheonyx require a lot of dexterity (and btw I don't have nails). Those details are one level of detail ahead than the darkness dragon in my opinion. Sometimes I use sticks to help me work on origamis. But you are right, my problem is that I haven't trained enough to understand how origami works in details and in precision. Should have do some others to train more. But It's for a present ^^' and my time is running out.
