I honestly recommend the one-minute rose. That requires less time, and it's not too hard.

para o caule tu já pensou em usar arame e flower tape - fita flor.. em loja de artesanato vc encontra. Pras folhas vc encontra uns tutoriais bem bons no youtube Se não me engano o Jo nakashima tem um video que ensina uma flor e uma folha
