[Low Intermediate] Tutorial for how to fold the Turbo Flasher Vortex. In it's closed position it can be flown like a dart. The seed that led to making this tutorial was PraravPlays' comment on my $1 Convertible tutorial: "Jeremy can you try making origami darts which have a message in them."
Vortex Flashers are hereby defined as flashers whose arms are not pleated. A Turbo Flasher is a flasher whose center from which the paper wraps around is line segment rather than a polygon.
This family of flashers I believe was first discovered by Toshikazu Kawasaki, but as far as I know the Turbo variation, the folding method and the name are my contributions.
