The rabbit esthetics of FNAF was at first a villain but in this particular case the rabbit entity is supposed to serve a a security program for the entire pizzaplex, and the Vannie Mask allows the wearer to become somewhat invisible to the security program which is why most of the animatronics couldn’t see Vanny back in security breach. Plus in this game the security program somehow kept the mimic from escaping. So they had no choice but to attack and keep Cassie from deactivating the system

The Entity itself was a digital incarnation of the M.X.E.S. Program meant to keep the Mimic contained beneath Freddy Fazbear's Pizza Place. The Entity's design was meant to serve as both a reminder of Vanessa's time as Vanny and a middle finger to the Glitchtrap virus, aka the Mimic1 AI. But besides that, I think you may be onto something.

A theory: the entity was programmed as a entity to stop glitchtrap OR any robot gone rouge and stop you to getting to the entity because Vannie and Gregory knew the mimic was dangerous Because they explored it After she was saved They discovered it and locked it away and and M.XE.S. could control the animatronics for safety reasons and It tries to stop Cassie From going to the mimic As the mimic is dangerous that at the end game Gregory's speech glitches indicating the mimic took over the speaker and mimics Gregory to trick Cassie to think that Gregory closed down the elevator and thus explains the ending

MXES was probably created by Vanessa after she was free from Glitchtrap's control. Glitchtrap IS NOT MXES MXES IS NOT Glitchtrap She and Gregory worked together to put a Security protocol to keep the place restringed from releasing the Mimic Princess quest ending confirms it.

Since you don't know this. The Entity and Glitch Trap are completely different creatures. The Entity cannot take control of anyone because it is not real. The Entity can't talk either because as you see in the game it never speaks. Hope you like this since not everyone goes far into the real theory. Some people just look at this and go like "oh yeah since this can talk this other creature can talk too".

It wasn’t MXES who was Glitchtrap in FNAF help wanted, it was the Mimic actually. Since the canon ending in FNAF SB was the one where Vanessa, Gregory and Freddy leave the pizzaplex together, the game never mentioned Burntrap downstairs. It was actually the Mimic who was acting like William AFTON and it was the Mimic as well who infected Vanessa. In FNAF help wanted, it was the mimic and not the MXES. Like it makes sense caus MXES tried to stop Cassie from disabling security so then the Mimic couldn’t escape, so rlly MXES is a good guy and therefore it was the Mimic all along. I think personally this animation went off topic a little but it was rlly good ngl

Plot hole alert: Glitch trap was actually the mimic from Tales of the Pizzaplex book series so… Also the real Canon ending is the princess quest ending because Vanny’s consciousness was trapped in the princess quest games and Gregory had to play through all of them to free her mind.

I knew it the entity is glitchtrap. Vanessa was the second test subject someone named Jeremy took her place before but if they are the same person, then the storyline makes no sense. Glitchtrap was made by Afton as a back up code in case he died, Mrs. Afton found it and use it on Jeremy , Vanessa. But Jeremy killed him self and Vanessa is with Gregory so they are the same person. You guys need to do an origin on Vanessa's twin/look alike, Vanny. Be interesting to see an animation on the matter of Vanessa being up on the burning roof and seeing her dead twin/look alike on the street. By the way people: Animations take awhile to make so some info might not be easy access by the time they are done, and their animations aren't meant to be canon.

The Disassemble Vanny ending isn’t the canon ending because Vanessa was seen in one of the Ruin endings, and was the Entity preventing Cassie from removing the mask, also the Vanny mask that Cassie uses in the game is not the same one Vanny wore.

M.X.E.S / AKA The Entity was a security protocol it keeps the mimic locked down and it deletes the files that the mimic creates so the mimic could get more kids getting oofed it is possible that gregory created the M.X.E.S together with Glamrock Freddy
