As someone who got the 85s when they were originally released, I love what you’re able to do with the restoration job. The originals had a nicer thicker leather than the reissues. If someone does the same, I’m not hating because they would have a real vintage pair that no one else would have. Good job

MJO23DAN John manalo is dope he's on point the only thing is the reglue methods if not done right the way he does it could be tragic. I do the reglue of the uppers and soles in sections. but man they both do great work. ive used John and chase's methods and tips and it helps A LOT. u just have to perfect ur own ways of doing things

I'm not going to sit here and read all the comments to see if it has been said already but a tip for the 40 volume developer is that you shouldn't leave the lid off like you did while you are using it as it will decrease the efficiency of the peroxide. always take what you need and then put the lid back on!

So am writing from kenya(East Africa) And its usually very expensive to buy new jordans(like you aint going to afford rent next two months expensive). So second hand J's is a custom around however they do tend to look 'used' And most shoe outlets dont have the correct cleaning products to give results as are seen on this vid! I think it's incredibly more retarded to throw away perfectly good 100$ shoes because the midsole is now yellow. It takes a very cheap product on the midsole to be exposed to the sun an hour a week to extend the whiteness of the midsole forever. Yet, I've seen tons of people tossing shoes for that reason.
