Yea yeah I come from new Orleans living 3rd world for 17 years..It took Katrina to show me the world was bigger than new Orleans..shed light on this but I don't glorify it.New Orleans ain't never been and never go be a place to prosper in life and have longevity in life..
Say bruh I agree with everything you mentioned bruh.if it was for Katrina I don't think I would have ever moved out of that city, but yeah it took Katrina to show me and alot of ppl from neworleans to see that it's so much more out here.im sure you love Nola just as much as I do but if your someone that's trying to prosper and be successful neworleans ain't it.its so much more opportunities out here then home unfortunately.but yeah bruh salute to you for finding your way.our city really need some healing, because all that glorifying killings and calling niggas legends for killing they own ppl ain't right, most ppl from neworleans mentally suffer with so much PTSD and depression and don't even know it.they way of thinking and everything fucked up! it's really sad bruh.
@@elwellgreen504 thank you for saying this..ppl think I'm judging but I'm really from new Orleans..and once you see outside if that lil box...you see the world has so much more to offer than new Orleans

@@UTP504 nah spitta went mainstream den he decided to stay underground moral of da story he had to leave in order to survive and find out whts best for him it’s proven facts dat New Orleans Artist Don’t make it out here and if Dey do,,Dey don’t stay alive long enough or be in da freeWorld long enough to complete Dey first contract. look at Bty Young’n ,C-Murder ,Soulja slim , Yung Poke, Flow from young money , ETC ETC I can go on and on .Most of our successful rappers either blew up in da city and left or Dey left da city and blew up . Because As a rapper u cannot Make it nd stay in New Orleans if u do it’s either u gon end up DEAD OR IN JAIL
@@marquislewis3927 Huh?? Mainstream or underground, bottom line he’s still in the city, successful and a multimillionaire and nobody fucks with him. I shouldn’t have to explain this to you, but Spitta isn’t like any of the rappers you mentioned that ended up dead or in prison, most of them were street niggas or wanted to try a act like they were streets niggas, and we all know how that shit ends up, needless to say Spitta isn’t a street dude, he’s never carried himself with that type of energy, that’s why he’s 42, alive and well in New Orleans rolling around this bitch in his 500k Rolls Royces and nobody fucks with him.
@@UTP504 it’s a new era. Everybody can’t be a spitta in New Orleans .. why u think it’s only one spitta. You know how many niggas dat ain’t live dat life dat got killed just cuz New Orleans is what it is

Where tf is *"Spitta"* in all this New Orleans history? *Curren$y* is definitely top 3 New Orleans artist in the 2020s and he was on Master P's song *"20 On Cars 26 On Trucks"* off P's Good Side Bad Side album in (2004) so he's been around.
@@beazy3364 that's true... my fault. One thing about Spitta is that he doesn't pretend in his career. He's definitely *Jet Life* fr giving us metro ppl something to relate to !!
