the second one is more better as customers r moreover attracted by the decent behavior more than the taste,as per me. paying and getting disrespect isn't valuable
First shop guy is rude. I have heard him using bad language. The second shop boy is very respectful and always has a smiling face. Does not get irritated. First comes behaviour next comes cleanliness and later comes taste in any food business.

The second shop appears very clean and the owner is too humble and friendly. In business, these things really matter in the long run as getting a respectful response certainly adds value to the food. I will surely visit this place whenever I get a chance to visit Kolkatta.
Bhai second one is also a family member of the first one। And he copied the same masala and opened a new shop very near to the original one। It's not bad to copy but the problem arises when you try to dentvyour own relatives business

What is going on in their own family is not the customer's matter of concern. Also, copying a "Kachori Masala" sounds interesting. But anyway thanks for the insights.

@@WanderersHubOnline the one u are calling the "unhygienic one" has been there for over 60 years now, at such young age he also had a hygienic background to provide customers clean and tasty kachoris, however he still managed to keep the taste of his kachoris same but the background changed and he didn't tried to change it, indeed it's insensible that some people like u are supporting that young shopkeeper for his good behavior and hygienic shop, since, the old one has experience of 60 years and literally knows the way to deal with customers and as per the crowd at his shop everytime he does everything at such a rush where he fails to response to some of the so called "vloggers" making them hate him, U must learn one's inner personality before judging their "attitude" in such a rush and effort taking profession

Can anyone tell me what food is this or what are its base ingredients. I've been trying to find an English review but I just can't find it. Honestly this kind of food draws my attention. I would like to try it at least once knowing that it will be very different to what I'm used to eat. I know hygiene might be an issue for me but I hope the one time I try it doesn't kill me.
Also, the new guy seems to be much more friendlier and serves customers better.. the older guy has a reputation of being arrogant and angry most of the time

The new place is cleaner, more hygienic, and overall more welcoming. The young guy seems very friendly and humble, without the attitude we experienced with the previous one. Just because he shares the surname Changanni, labeling him as fake is disrespectful and unfair. Please behave responsibly - you got followers.
I've left Kol long back and have never been to this area.. if I ever go there, I'll try the new one.. the person looks humble and nice.. the original guy is very irritating and his shop is also unhygienic
साइज में भी पूराने वाले का कोई जोड़ नहीं। ना ही स्वाद में कोई बराबरी कर सकते हो। भगवान् जाने आपको कैसे स्वादिष्ट लगा, वहाँ की भीड़, लोग चुतिया तो है नहीं। अगर बिना भीड़ के, चार रूपये सस्ते में, ज्यादा स्वाद वाली मिले और ना लाइन लगांए। बंगाली बेवकूफ नहीं होता, बाबूमोशाय, पैसा खाकर बिडियो बना रहे हो।
