1:04:03 Yeeah no i think theres a bit of confusion here - The UAC almost definitely MISTOOK what a 'Hellknight' was early on and captured THIS thing & Gave it the wrong name: We know this, Because THAT 'Thing' in the tank looks like that door-creature who tries to take a BITE out of the Doom Marine if you try to get the box of shells near it earlier on in DOOM 3's game. People have isolated the game through code-breaking, Those two creatures look most-alike. Much different from a Hellknight.

As a kid, I always called the Mancubus, "Fatboy", Barons and Hellknights were "Centurions". Cacodemons were, "One Eyes" and Pain Elementals were "Meatballs". Archviles were "Goldenboys" and the Cyberdemon was just "the Rocket Monster".

They are "smaller" mass wise. They are thin and lanky now, and not the jacked monsters with spikes originally. They should be as built as the zombie soldiers technically.

And all this is just the beginning because who knows how much the story expansions will expand the lore on doom for example the makyr father and more info about the past khan makyrs who before the one we fought in doom eternal and of course more about urdak and the maykrs too and then more lore about the demon monarchy in hell and off course the dark lord
Do you have any idea of why the 2016 red design for the baron of hell was Changed to the lava one from doom eternal? The red one looked perfect and was more accurate to the original version while the other looks fine but it Will never beat the red one 💔, awesome video btw

Man I love to hate the Arch-Vile. Whenever they appear I usually hear them before I see them and I'm immediately on edge and alert for flames in my HUD. They become priority #1 until taken out, right away, no exceptions. They're that nasty.
For Cacodemon flight, and as a short hypothesis: It seens that they use some form of noble gases such as either neon or argon or krypton, etc. kind of like a meat balloon with the control of how much of those gases are inside the Cacodemon.
I think the Maykers look a lot like demons under their pretty armor. I wonder if Doomslayer was on high alert of them during his days as a Knight Sentinel.

it lowkey frustrates me that doom eternal came out on march 20th and this came out on september 15, 6 months after the game came out, but he talks about the arachnotron possibly being in eternal as if it was unsure whether it was or not

I know about it when it was released... what.. 3 years ago or something? I just don't play Ghost Recon to download that addon. And there wasn't any lore behind it anyway. Unless I missed it somewhere.
Although I am partial to the original Doom1 and Doom2 demons, I really dig the 2016 and eternal demons. I was kinda let down that all the monsters were put in except for the chaingunners. I was really excited after your analysis of the TAG2 trailer art.
As a mere 7YO when this came out, I would have loved a deep story with cutscenes. The wall of text took me out of the game so much I always skipped it and never knew the whole story till I was older. John sux.
I'm not sure that the tower of Babel was destroyed by God. In the Bible it says that people were attempting to build a tower to reach heaven so God forced the builders to speak in different languages. This lead to them not being able to construct the tower any further, hints why it is called the tower of Babel. (Possibly the Bible claims that's the reason people speak different languages to begin with) I'm not sure how a tower would make God worry people could reach heaven if they stacked it too high, considering people go into outer space these days. Maybe God was afraid they would fall off, if the Bible is true.

If was pronounced, JIB it would be spelled with a J! I hate that these "documentaries" NEVER pronounce that word correctly! English is obviously your first language, so why can't you say that word correctly?
I've already watched all the lore videos I just want more like new ones not old ones although it does make it easier and the watch the playlist although I usually just watch one video just passed by the time also I think you should continue your doom serious I really hope this is just meant to pass by the time until you make a new doom video

the thing i never understood in doom 1 and 2 was why some demons have mechanical parts, like cyberdemon, arachnotrons and such. Was UAC doing experiments with them or what? Im talking only about doom 1 and 2 tho
