Also .... I love Jango's actor but his voice acting for the remaster felt low key like he wasn't really into StarWars anymore ... ( until his Mando revival ) The original voice acting was more intense.

1:18 Interesting how the 2011 Special Edition Blu-ray still credits Clive Revill as voice of the Emperor even though the original Emperor has been replaced with Ian McDiarmid. But then, there's also the Return of the Jedi end credits regarding Anakin Skywalker too. The end credits have clearly been left unaltered since the 1997 Special Edition release.

Yep, none of the trilogy's end credits were updated after 1997. For all of the questionable and controversial changes that were made in 2004 and 2011, the people involved in making them should've at least received credit for their work.
@ Oh I know Shaw still played Anakin dying in his Vader suit, but you'd think they would've changed the credits so it would read something like "Sebastian Shaw as Anakin Skywalker Hayden Christensen as Young Anakin Skywalker". Or something like that.

Damn, the 2011 edition still credits Clive Revill as the "voice of Emperor" when Ian McDiarmid should be the one credited. That detail has bugged me since the 2004 DVD.
At 3:54, the last half of the end credits music from Star Wars: Episode V - The Empire Strikes Back was used as the new fanfare for Lucasfilm Ltd. logo in the Digital HD release of Star Wars: Episode V - The Empire Strikes Back. The 20th Century-Fox logo and fanfare is still retained in the Blu-ray Steelbook release of Star Wars: Episode V - The Empire Strikes Back.
Movie credits and the music used in the credits go such a long way at cementing a film's place in the zeigeist of the time. Imagine watching this film in 1980, seeing that ending and sitting their, soaking it all in whilst listening to these credits knowing you'll need to wait three years for this story to conclude.
I hope the credit mistakes were fixed on the Disney Plus/New DVD-Blu-Ray release, since it was originally supposed to be a 3D cinematic rerelease, before it got shelved
I am going to ask the real question here: Why did George Lucas added James Earl Jones name for the 1997-present version of A New Hope but did not do it for the 1997-Present versions of Empire Strikes Back?
If they decided take a step back and realize people’s fondness for Star Wars is more than just dog fighting in space or the cast of returning characters for the OT, it’s a space opera that explores the possibilities of venturing beyond the scope of the galaxy they currently reside in.
Hot take: Empire's special edition I'm actually okay with. George didnt know when to leave well enough alone and Richard Marquand died so thats why both movies suffer. I like to think out of respect for Kirschner, who was alive when the special editions were made, the changes actually were small improvements.

In the theatrical and DVD release of Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace, it has puppet Yoda, but in the Blu-ray and Digital HD release, it has CGI Yoda.
