The only thing missing is that classic chime from the clock as its counting down and if someone makes a classic HUD mod. Great to see!

Hmm, the Classic sounds, dynamic rolling sounds, accurate controls, original announcers, and classic physics should be implemented into a patch for free. I do enjoy Banana Mania as is, but it'd be nice if all these were made available in a patch.

I never realised how important the og rolling sound is to the overall game feel until now.

I actually did buy the game not because i though the product was good, i pre purchased it because i had faith the community would fix it and they delivered, damn dude i dont feel i wasted my money anymore

Oh wow, the title does not lie! Even the original state tilt effect is back! Hopefully we'll get a mod where the camera pans downward when falling to make those skips easier. And one where titling slightly actually moves you instead of moving just the camera.

If only these mods worked for the console versions of the game! This looks incredible

There's amod for dynamic rolling SFX!? Awesome. THAT'S what I felt had been missing from the game (besides the sparks when rolling fast, but that's ok)

I wish I got this on PC instead of Switch. Looks like the accurate controls mod fixed the camera issues. I doubt Sega will ever patch the console versions :(

Jumping in this game is hilariously broken. I beat narrow peaks and twin basin just by jumping the entire stage lmao

it's so hard to get these dynamic rolling sounds just right...I made a recent update that seems to adjust things much better if you wanna give it a try!

Oh man you even got the accurate controls with the super fast turning of gravity?? I’m going to try these mods.. Did you use a square deadzone on a normal controller? I have a ps4 controller but sadly no GameCube pc compatible controller Edit: Btw how are you getting such precise angles? GameCube controller on PC? I wonder if that’s compatible to play the game the way it should be, with the oldschool gravity turning Also I actually liked dark banana mode, Was a great challenge. Just sucks so few levels in it. 10 feels like nothing when they could’ve created so many more

Now all they need is a mod that adds the bananas back to the minimap and each monkeys head to it. Oh and a mod that lets you go perfectly straight or left/right using the PS4 controller D-Pad. I dnno how that’s not in the base game with no GameCube controller joystick notches
