Actually this represents her love for Chamba district that she doesn't want to live anywhere else be it Shimla or Supathu but only in Chamba. उढे-उढे कागा, लई जा स्नेहा, सजना जो मिलना जरुर: "O flying crow, please carry my love-filled message with you and pass it to my beloved." I hate the fact that someone actually removed 'Jammu' from the original lyrics. Chamba and Jammu have a historical connection. Shimla was under direct British control. There's no point of replacing Jammu with Shimla in the newer version.

Mohit Chauhan version conveniently dropped Jammu off from Lyrics. Funny thing is when you replace Jammu with Shimla, it makes no sense and no one seems to notice ! …why a Shimla girl would sing ‘shimle nai basna’ - Kasauli nai basna, instead she wants to go to Chamba - the farthest from her native place.
