How nice to hear the original! My clavichord is a copy of this by Carl Rennoldson. I have loved mine for years, but have never heard the original played, although I once saw it in Edinburgh.

whats the difference between triple and double fretted instruments

I know you posted this comment a year ago...but a triple fretted clavichord has 3 tangents striking the same string. Whereas this instrument is double fretted so two tangents strike the same string.
