Thanks to this recipe the mascarpone cream is extremely voluptuous and the eggs is pasteurized. This tasteful cream is flavoured with traditional italian Marsala liquor.
Tiramisù is one of the most famous dessert from the italian tradition: if you'll try this recipe, you'll never turn back :)

I just tried this recipe today. It’s soooo yummy! I couldn’t find the Italian biscuits in the local supermarket so I used soft lady fingers sponge cake. I baked sponge cake in the 250F oven for 20 minutes before I soaked them in espresso coffee. The tiramisu turned out a bit of soggy but still very delicious! Thank you for the great presentation video as always! 🙏❤️ will definitely try this yummy recipe again! 🙌😋💕😁

Hi dear Lydia! So happy to hear that, thank you so much for your lovely words!! Maybe that sponge cake was too soft for be soaked in coffee...Italian ladyfingers are dry. Anyway I'm so happy you liked it! I've just seen it on Instagram and it turned out beautiful :) Much love

There are many versions of Tiramisu. This is a very nice one. I still like to add Marsala to the coffee before dipping the Savoiardi biscuits.

Hyy Dear !thank you for this amazing recipe I would like to know if I can use vanilla extract instead of the marsala liquior And if I can just add the sugar to the egg yolks and cook them in a bain marie ( Mary's bath )
@HowTasty
@HowTasty 4 года назад
Hi Basma and welcome here! Marsala has a typical flavor that is traditional in Italian Tiramisu, but you can substitute it with vanilla if you can't find it or if you can't have alcool, so don't worry it will turn out delicious as well :) yes, you can cook the eggs and sugar over a Bain Marie. Let me know how it turns out and send me a picture on Instagram! Much love

Hey, Can you suggest me which brand of espresso maker should i buy? Like the one you used in 0:33
@HowTasty
@HowTasty 2 года назад
Hi Rachel! That's a Bialetti moka pot. Bialetti is the Italian historical brand who invented the moka pot, I suggest you to buy one of it, it's the best you can find it 😉

I tried this tiramisu twice, once with the amounts mentioned in the video it was wonderful, but since I'm on my own, the second time I tried it with 250g of mascarpone and half of the other ingredients, it was not good, it was sweet and runny, please could you help me find the right amounts with 250g of the mascarpone, Bonjour from France
@HowTasty
@HowTasty 3 года назад
Hi Sim and welcome here! Thank you, glad you like it :) I've never tried to make half amount, but if you halved all the ingredients it should work...maybe you can try use more Mascarpone: halve the ingredients and use 350 g of mascarpone. Let me know! Much love

When you added the sugar syrup to the egg yolk, was it cold, lukewarm, or hot?
@HowTasty
@HowTasty 2 года назад
Hi Noor! Sugar syrup has to be hot, at 121°C: you have to pour it IMMEDIATELY in the eggs, in this way you pasteurize the eggs and they are safe to eat "raw". Let me know when you try it and send me a picture on Instagram! Much love

Hello, I was just wondering if when making this, I have to do the sugar and water reduction step, or can I skip it?
@HowTasty
@HowTasty 5 лет назад
I've made the hot sugar syrup to pasteurize the eggs (pate a bombe method). If you want to eat raw eggs, you can skip it (you don't need water): add the sugar to the egg yolks and whip a lot until very thick and creamy. Let me know if you try it 😘
