Original Lime Leaves Flavored Fried Meatball

Ingredients
The Main Ingredients
* 500 grams or about 12 Fish Meatballs;
* 30 grams or about 2 tablespoons of Wheat Flour.
Ingredient for The Seasonings
* 10 pieces of lime leaves, remove the bones, deep fry, squeeze, set aside;
* 5 grams or about 1 tsp salty seasoning, to taste. Use any brand as you like;
* 1 to 2 tablespoons of fine chili powder, to taste;
* 2 to 3 tablespoons dry coarse chili, to taste;
* 7.5 grams or about ½ tablespoon of Garlic Powder;
* 5 grams or about 1 tsp Galangal powder, to taste (optional);
* 60 to 80 ml or about 1 to 2 tablespoons of hot vegetable oil.
