Mike, i would recommend u to shine your lighting stick to the ceiling and let the light bounce to ur kitchen. That way, it makes the lighting more natural and not too bright like what ur doing in this video.

Kucisaki una idk if i spelled it right but the stories are similar with a ghost story in Malaysia called “SI PURDAH” she’s a woman who love to be beautiful and obsessed one day she go to a shaman and ask him to install a susuk, it’s a thing from satan maybe like invisible needle or something into your face or any part that you want to enchane but it comes with a condition, she can’t eat anything sharp like a satay, she can’t see herself on the mirror for 40 days and she can’t walk under the clothes dryer hangar with a rope it’s the one comes with a landed house so she have to abide or else her face going to turn into the ugliest but because she can’t control herself and to see the effect right on she break the rules and her face started to change horrendously. She kept going around asking people if she’s pretty and knocking on random people house.

Lol when I was on night duty in the hospital during my internship, back in college in the Philippines, I wouldn't take the elevator whenever it was past midnight because those who worked for a long time in the hospital had warned us not to.
