Dude, Paramount, Bellflower, and Long Beach are ghetto. The only suburban part of that south eastern part of L.A. County is Signal Hill and Lakewood. Bellflower and Paramount have their share of gang presence and influence, mostly by mexican gangs, and we all know Long Beach is Crip, Asian, and mexican gangs out there. Nothing about that part of L.A. County is suburban.
