The fact that this went from amazing anime covers to even better originals in addition to a multiverse lore where an omnipresent goddess split herself into parts to invade these other worlds which basically is why we got the anime covers is probably my favorite event of this year, even more than the Super Bowl.

If it is the same character from the vtuber lore. She saw her world be destroyed by the heroes that swore to protect it. My gesso is that she either was a sidekick or even the goddes that chose and empowered them. Anyway, she trusted them with their world/reality/dimension and maybe even heart, and they broke all of it into shards, who these former heroes where isnt relevant, only that they fell.

Honestly when I first heard this (I only heard this like, yesterday?), I thought this was a sick power ballad based on her own personal experience of going through a breakup. I didn't know until today that this album is basically a story of her anime inspired OC, which is pretty sweet 😂

This is my personal favourite from the album and cannot wait to watch this as you have the best singing voice I've ever heard Lee, that I wish I heard when I was child but glad I came across a few years ago as I love listening to your songs and covers! This song is pretty good. I remember several years ago you made an original song but while it was nice and I did enjoy it, I liked a lot of the covers better and that video didn't get as many likes as videos older than it. Back then I thought you had a great voice, but composing music was a bottleneck, which is nothing to be ashamed of since most of us can't do that either. A new decade has come and these are amazing. You've come a long way.

This is a great song. The beat doesn't hit as hard as Drink Your Light, instead the whole song takes a more melodic approach. Also, I wonder about Monarch's story hinted at in the lyrics. It would be really cool to get her full story, it has so much potential. Either through more songs, or even a novel. I'm a hobby writer myself, if you need anyone to write up something. ;)

"Was I the moth and you the flame?" I've been hooked with this line, prolly bcs I can relate to this line, I've been attracted to this girl in my class for a while now and I've confessed to her just this December of 2023, and now since we're back at school, we've been kinda close, but I think she only sees me as a close friend and is prolly playing with me and keeping me close to her for her own convinience I guess, I don't even know what I can do in this situation I am in, but if there's one thing that I am sure of, it's that I am COMEPLETELY attracted to her, call me a simpvif you want lol, but I just can't help but feel this way. And hence the line "Was I the moth and you the flame?" Became my favorite line, this love is just burning me, not the kind of "burning passion" but "burning" me like it's killing me, making me suffer. I just wanted to get this outta my chest tbh.
