The Oris Aquis Clean Ocean Limited Edition dive watch (01 733 7732 4185-SET) features a 39.5mm stainless steel case surrounding a teal blue dial on a stainless steel bracelet with folding buckle. Functions of this Oris Aquis diving watch include hours, minutes, seconds and date. This Oris watch also measures 14.2mm in thickness and 46.1mm from lug-to-lug.

Just FYI, everytime you do a lume shot and wave the watch from side to side, you are hiding it behind recommended videos on either side of the screen.

A great affordable diver, handsome too. The only downside...the poor 38 hour power reserve. Contemporary mechanical watches nowadays should have a minimum of 48, and even that seems low IMO.

my aquis has screws in the strap for changing links not pin and sleeve

Mine has screws for sizing the bracelet as well. Probably just looks like pins because of the wrap on the strap.

If you pause it at 2:26, you can clearly see the screw heads. I think he made the same mistake on another watch recently, saying it had pins when it definitely had screws. Love the videos though.

Yes, pins often have one end that looks like a slot, since they are folded over, so it is easy to confuse. These are screws, as I finally learned after trying to punch them out.

"We're not accepting Oris watches for trade right now" is what I was told when I tried to trade my Aquis with Watchbox. How do you guys have any Oris in stock then?

So glad I watched this video. I was 99% sold on one of these watches but didnt realise that the bracelet pins where collar and sleeve. After own a Seiko Prospex that used these, I would never buy another watch that used this system. Resizing is a complete nightmare to say the least.

SOX no, but I don’t my watch to validate my masculinity. I suppose all those guys wearing Submariners, 41mm SMPs, 42mm Planet Oceans, Blancpain Fifty Fathoms, etc., are so feminine right? How quickly you forget that the “real men” who fought in WWII came back to civilian life and probably wore 33-36mm watches. Or did you forget that the US Military issued 34mm Benrus watches to men serving in Vietnam? Yes, how feminine of these vets.
