Id say the only thing they have in common is how much people complain about them even though one is super easy and one takes skill

@@perm1thurple581exactly take your pick the ninja girl that has 3 escape abilities, the grandma that’s has one of the best kill combos in the game, or the Caribbean all star that has 3 life bars and a movement ability on no cooldown…….

Empowered punch does more damage (fully charged) and regular punch is only on a 4 second cooldown and it always has an area of effect. Javelin on the other hand does 100 max and can only hit one target. Plus empowered punch allows for much better follow-ups. Orisa’s abilities are pretty bs and overpowered overall though

She was best when she had the barrier and that orb that would explode and suck everything towards it, while her ultimate supercharged her team. This new orissa is gross.

Her current weapon does more damage than in OW1, with less spread, and a bigger projectile size. She also has access to the 100 free damage from spear, which pretty much guarantees a kill on squishies if you can aim. It's not really the same, even if it seems like it is.

While I agree that the falloff is bull, this is just a bad take. It will be a toned down version of the support passive alongside the mass changes for season 9. Whether that means it’s less hps, capped heals, longer to kick in, it’s toned down. We don’t even have the numbers yet, so instead of being endlessly pessimistic let’s have a bit of hope. Besides, it won’t be as good on tanks as you think. They’re constantly taking damage, meaning there is no opportunity for it to trigger mid combat, and if it ever does, it will be 50hp tops. Oh, and also getting a health pack or going to your supports is almost always more viable than waiting around.
